Strip split metadata from AndroidManifest.xml

Removes isSplitRequired, splitTypes, and the Play Store bundle markers that make Android refuse to install a single APK. You want this on.

Merge resources.arsc from selected splits

Folds the density-specific drawable references and string tables from split APKs into the base resource table so resources resolve correctly.

Re-sign with a debug key

The merger modifies the APK, which invalidates the original signature. This signs it with a standard Android debug certificate so Android will actually install it. Turn off if you want to sign it yourself.
